In response to the theme we created simplified, whimsical illustrations to show the life, energy and and emotion of The Current's community. The paired down illustrations were made up of 3 spot colors and took advantage of overprinting. All that considered, letterpress was the perfect way to print the vinyl and CD jackets.

The Bigger Picture

On each album cover all the shapes and patterns stack and piece together to build a bigger whole; The Current and its community of listeners. Each illustrated character created a small vignette, in an effort to connect to everyone who held the albums.

A box set was created to including all ten Live Current albums as a top tier item for The Current’s Member Drive.
