Summary

A grandson of Irish immigrants founded a family business spanning 3 generations over 100 years. The Meritex Company wanted to modernize their brand while leveraging the treasure trove of history archived over the past century.

Meritex is a real estate investment and management company with a broad portfolio of well-located, highly functional infill industrial properties. The approach to the new brand needed to bring a sense of integrity and trust, something that has been a cornerstone of the Mertiex values sense the beginning.
